1. Cancellation Conditions

You may submit a cancellation request under the following general conditions:

the request must be submitted within 72 hours of payment completion;

the order must be in a status that has not yet been processed or shipped;

at the time of the request, useful verification elements must be provided, such as the order number, proof of payment, and a brief reason for the cancellation.

Requests conforming to these criteria will be verified and the outcome communicated via email.

2. Cases Not Applicable to Cancellation

Order cancellation is not applicable in the following cases:

the order has already been shipped or entrusted to the carrier;

the impossibility of delivery results from address errors or incorrect essential information.

If the order has been shipped, the possibility of exercising the rights provided by the Refund, Return and Replacement Policy remains, within the terms allowed by applicable law.

3. How to Submit a Request

The cancellation request can be submitted through the assistance channels, providing the necessary information for order identification.

The information transmitted is used exclusively for managing the request.

4. Verification and Refund Management

After receiving the complete request, the verification procedure is initiated and the outcome is communicated via email.

The refund, if applicable, exclusively concerns unshipped orders or, in specific cases, returned orders.

Refund characteristics:

the amount is managed using the same payment method used for the order (e.g., Visa or MasterCard);

refund processing occurs within 1-3 business days of cancellation confirmation;

credit to the account is normally visible within 3-7 business days of processing, depending on the banking institution's timings;

if the credit is not visible within 15 days, you can contact assistance for verification.

Personal data provided within the scope of order cancellation are processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR:

data are used exclusively for managing the request;

it is possible to exercise the rights of access, rectification, or erasure within the limits provided by law;
